Defective screen, customer service dreadful
Phone has developed a defect in the gorilla glass it's 3 weeks old. Can't get a sensible solution from customer service team.

It didn't even worth a one star…
It didn't even worth a one star evaluation,I bought a Redmi 9t phone and it was working perfect for about 10 months but one time while I werer watching a video normally the phone went to zero charge and went to a dead boot,no response to charge or even worked by pressing power button,I went to the service center as it was the worst experience,the employee took my phone and connected it to his computer,all I wanted from the stupid phone was my data and once I asked the employee about my data he told me that he had already deleted all my data (very unprofessional) but he told me that my phone is still in warranty but after few days they called me and told me to pay them to fix the phone as they found a liquid inside it( totally unhonest) so I refused the fake report as I make a complaint that my phone didn't get any liquid and I was working normally on it before going to dead boot (which is very common in Redmi 9t and Poco m3) although they want a few money about 11$ to fix it ,I refused because they are not honest after service and I only blame myself for buying this stupid Xiaomi phone although I was a big xiaomi fan (all their phones has IR) but now my phone isn't fixed and I kept it in the service center,I saw many compliants in the after sales service as Xiaomi didn't give any respect to customers and honestly I hated all Xiaomi phones because of the worst after- sales services

Spend your money elsewhere
Spend your money elsewhere. There’s no assistance or servicing on products so if your appliance breaks at any time there’s no way to have it fixed, especially if it’s not longer under warranty. Doesn’t matter if you’re willing to pay even double the price of the appliance itself just to save it from the landfill. This is shameful, I’m literally forced to throw away a vacuum robot that has a minor problem (but affecting the functionality) that could be repaired. The planet is already drowning in rubbish so a company that contributes to adding other waste is nothing but to be avoided. I’m so upset with this practice.
Had I known this before purchasing the robot I would have splurged on a Roomba and have it work for SEVERAL YEARS and not months. Shame shame shame. I promise myself and warn others not to buy anything ever again from Xiaomi - it’s utterly ridiculous and disgusting how this company operates.

I bought a phone from the official Xiaomi website, it came in 2 days, I started using it and after 2 months of use I started to notice strange things, the battery on paper 5000mAh in fact, unfortunately 4850 after 2 months 4700, the phone overheats terribly and it starts to jam, the battery from 20 % to 0% drops in 5 minutes, some programs and applications have pixel loss, unfortunately there is a month on the official website to leave a review (after a month you can no longer leave a review on the purchased equipment - a very interesting move by Xiaomi) so it's hard to find a negative opinion there which I fell for myself. I do not recommend, the phones are very distorted and described exaggeratedly, I wanted to give back, unfortunately I can not because I have it for more than a month, I argued that the phone has nothing to do with the manufacturer's assurances, unfortunately without results.
Edit:
the situation changes dramatically overnight, I went to sleep and the phone showed 40% charging when I got up after 5 hours, the phone was completely discharged and turned off 😞 I really advise against buying this scrap

I had an extremely disgusting experience at the store in Madrid C. de Carretas, 5, 28012 ( Balmore Atlantic SLU, NIF B67035824) is this really the official representative of your brand? Because if so this is a very filthy presentation of your product, this is an absolute scam.
Yesterday I bought a phone from them absolutely without warning I was obliged to sign documents, which later turned out to be insurance for a year for 270 euros.
They promised to send me an invoice for the purchase, but instead, they sent me a contract with an insurance company CELSIDE.
When I tried to ask this question in the store, the staff behaved inappropriately, insulting me and making fun of me in a very vulgar way. I think this is confirmed by video cameras in the store.
Please, could you kindly explain to me, is this the policy of your company or Balmore Atlantic SLU, NIF B67035824 Madrid C. de Carretas, 5 illegally selling your product, deceiving customers into taking out substantially expensive insurance on them without warning?
I'd like to note to brand products I have no complaints about.

Ordered phone. waited 45 days - never came
To whom this may concern,

45 days ago I purchased a POCO M4 PRO Cool Blue 8GB + 256GB.

Not only have I not received my item, it now looks like I am being given a forced refund when I clearly specified in this email chain that I wanted it delivered.

I have been speaking to Xiaomi customer services for months now, and all I have received is disappointment. I have owned a Xiaomi phone for 3 years now, and I am a big supporter of their tech but I will refuse to do business with a company that treats its customers this way.

Super telefoon Poco X3 inmiddels 2 jaar…
Super phone Poco X3 now 2 years in use and very happy with it. dropped it so many times and its still working without any cracks in screen. Can compete with competitors where you pay 600-700 euros for a similar device. Can't wait to test the X4 pro 5g.

Do not buy their phones
Do not buy their phones! I bought an mi11 and it's meant to be a flagship killer or top mid range phone. The system apps keep crashing and the phone is not that reliable. Will teach me for trusting this dodgy chinese company.

I was very happy with the phone
I was very happy with the phone, until I needed support. I contacted support and told them what I had already done to resolve the issue. The wrote back asking me to do the same things that I had just told them I had done. Then they replied that I should post my issues as a suggestion/feedback and wait.

I can't use my phone and they ask me to post this as a suggestion and feedback.

What a shame when they really could compete against the biggest and beat manufacturers but their support is so lacking

Pretty decent hardware but very bad software support. Miui is a mess they updated the mi 9 lite to miui 12.5 for their Russian friends and the global ROM but left out all the other versions. And then no updates for a year and all of a sudden it's end of support. Never buying a phone from this Chinese e-waste producer again.

Poor warranty service for Germany.
My Xiaomi's screen is cracked and I cannot do anything about it, I called the warranty providers in Germany and turns out they're out of the deal, which means I cannot do anything about it.

Worst support ever
Worst support ever . Have a MI projector 4k . Called to get support . Technical team ( Mabi ) told to reset and Netflix disappeared and can’t find on Google play store again and no one would help . Manager named Victoria does nothing and agents like Ruby and mabi continue dodging complaints to their managers after 9 calls
